Products destined for the United States shall be delivered exclusively to the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of order placement, provided that said address is located within the United States. Alternatively, delivery to another country may be arranged upon prior confirmation with Belzette (contact@belzette.com). It is the customer's responsibility to furnish the Company with a precise delivery address. Upon successful validation of payment for the ordered Products, those Products shall be dispatched to the designated delivery address. Delivery shall occur on the date or within the timeframe indicated on the Website and in the order confirmation email, and in no instance shall exceed twelve business days from the order confirmation date.
International Shipments
International sales may be facilitated. Customers are required to contact Belzette (contact@belzette.com) to discuss and arrange international delivery options. The prices displayed on the Website do not encompass international shipping costs; therefore, prior communication with Belzette via email is essential before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to furnish the Company with an accurate delivery address. Upon successful validation of payment for the ordered Products, said Products shall be dispatched to the designated delivery address. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Subject to stock availability, Products shall be shipped within the timeframe stipulated on the Website and in the order confirmation email, and in no instance shall exceed twelve business days from the order confirmation date.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have fourteen calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
