Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order.

Why should I set up an account?

By creating an account, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, managing your personal information and will be able to maintain your order history to ensure size consistency, view and track orders. Create your Account here https://account.belzette.com through the verification code process.

How do I create or log into my account?

You can go to https://account.belzette.com to put in your email address to create your account for the first time. You won’t need to set up a password as we use the newest version of customer accounts, which lets you log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email. 

You can access your account at https://account.belzette.com, through the one-time six-digit verification code that will be sent to your email address every time you try to log in.

Orders

I did not receive an email confirmation?

After you place an order you should automatically receive an email confirmation. If you did not receive the email confirmation upon placing an order please check your spam. Otherwise, please reach out to contact@belzette.com or call 617-315-8923.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

For the protection of the cardholder, we are unable to make any edits to an order once it is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order (except gift cards) within 24 hours of placing the online order. Please email contact@belzette.com with the order number and details.

What if an item is sold out?

You may add your contact details to our waitlist on the product page to be notified if and when the item comes in. 

Payment

When will payment be processed?

Payment will be processed at the time the order is placed.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover), Belzette.com gift cards.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

5 - 8 business days shipping is complimentary. If desired, you may choose the $40 express shipping method (UPS 2nd Day Air). If you require expedited shipping and handling, please email contact@belzette.com.

Do you ship for free to all US states?

Our free shipping service excludes Hawaii, Alaska as well as U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. The cost of shipping to those states will be calculated and added to your online shopping cart upon checkout.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship after your form of payment has been accepted. Our warehouse usually ships within 4 - 6 days after an order has been placed. Should there be any delay, we will contact you.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. You may also go into your account at https://account.belzette.com to check the status of your order, which provides the tracking number once it is shipped.

Belzette is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped yet then please send an email to  contact@belzette.com from the same email address you used to place the order, to let us know.  We may be able to accommodate the change and we will update you.

Is a signature required for my package?

Yes, for security reasons our packages require a signature.  We also strongly recommend that you remove the jacket from the packaging and hang it, as soon as you receive your box.

Do you ship worldwide?

Please email us at contact@belzette.com (or call +1 617-315-8923) to discuss international shipping. Note that the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs (customs and shipping).  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Can I ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?

Belzette cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO as we require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to redirect or modify orders once items have been dispatched.

Returns

What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@belzette.com from the same email address you used to place the order. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@belzette.com.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at contact@belzette.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@belzette.com.

What should I do once the package arrives?

Please remove the jacket from the packaging as soon as the box arrives. Leather is a precious material and should be hung up as soon as possible.
